A small butterfly of Europe with iridescent blue wings, the short-tailed blue is Cocoon Brewing’s mascot for our Saison. Saison, French for “season”, is traditionally a summer beer in France and Belgium offered to seasonal farm help as part of their salary and to quench thirst after long days in the field.

Cocoon offers our version as a traditional take on the style with sessionably low alcohol, a light effervescent body, notes of orange and spice from yeast esters. Wisconsin’s short season of blue sky and farm fields is at hand… so grab a beer! Let’s Hang.
