Created with local honey harvested less than 2 miles from the brewery, Pistachio Emerald is the season’s first pastry stout inspired by the decadent flavors of baklava.

Although a robust beer at 8.5% ABV, honey is without a doubt the star. The bee’s nectar is a prominent flavor throughout and helps to create a syrupy body for background notes of pistachios and cinnamon.
