Palo Duro
Hazy IPA with Galaxy, Idaho 7 and Amarillo
This hazy IPA is named after the second largest canyon in the United States near Amarillo, TX and gained its namesake from the juniper trees of the area that natives used to make their bows.
While Georgia O’keeffe described the canyon as “a burning, seething cauldron, filled with dramatic light and color” the beer has a pale orange hue and layered oats creating the softest backbone for a medley of tropical hops including Galaxy, Idaho 7 and of course Amarillo.
Buckle up, partner and Let’s Hang.
