Uncle Mike’s Bake Shoppe was the source for the famous New York Times chocolate chunk cookie, providing a luxurious cookie dough flavor enhanced with light flakes of salt. In collaboration again with our friends from Sabbatical Brewing as our annual, cookie-inspired pastry stout.

This is a decadent beer with cookies in the mash, amped up with brown sugar, lactose and a pinch of salt in the kettle and finally conditioned on vanilla and chocolate.  No need for milk, this is a liquid cookie!
