The Clouded Yellow, a small but intensely yellow-colored butterfly known for mass migration during “clouded yellow years,” represents our first offering of hazy IPA- a style that has flown in and dominated craft beer in recent years.

This first specimen from Cocoon Brewing is a juicy IPA boasting notes of bright grapefruit and a slight resinous bitterness from Citra and Strata hops, layered over a backbone of white wheat and flaked oats to provide a soft, creamy mouthfeel.
