A chance meeting after a Counting Crows concert has led to our first collaboration with Mikerphone Brewing. As a homage to that evening of music, we created “Butterfly In Reverse” Hazy IPA. Sometimes in brewing (and life?) you have to imagine where you want to end up and find a path back to the beginning to know how to start.

Our goal was to create a hazy IPA with distinct notes of peach layered across pink grapefruit and citrus zest. Nectaron and Riwaka hops account for much of that punch while Citra and loads of oats round things off for a foundation of orange cream.
