Bohemian Emperor is a Czech dark lager, a beer rooted in the history of Prague and our take on a quintessential beer style of Europe. Although dark in color this beer is balanced with a subtle sweetness and light body giving it what the Czech refer to as pitelnost, or drinkability, making it perfectly suited for the patio with friends as the sun goes down. The Giant Emperor is the largest moth in Europe and served as a central point of inspiration for Vincent Van Gogh during his voluntary asylum stay in 1889. The red-orange, intricately-patterned and serrated wings of the Red Lacewing butterfly reflect the characteristics of our inaugural amber ale. Served with a twist of lime, Michoacan Mexican lager is a celebration of the millions of Monarch butterflies that migrate to central Mexico's Monarch Butterfly Biosphere Reserve every year. Monarchs make their overwinter home among the fir forests, "bending tree branches with their collective weight, filling the sky when they take flight, and making a sound like light rain with the beating of their wings." Each spring, the Monarchs embark upon an 8-month journey to Eastern Canada and back again. A crusher for every season, Let's Hang.

Named after a delicate spring butterfly found throughout central and southern Europe decorated in colors of the Czech flag, Festoon is a Czech style light lager. Using floor malted bohemian malt we created a well-rounded lager balancing both a solid grain backbone and crisp hop character. All of that refreshment is capped with a frothy white head to make this brew a true luxury. Available in cans!

A variant of our original tang sour with a spin inspired by a classic, nostalgic spiced hot drink mix made by combining powdered Tang, instant tea, lemonade mix, sugar, cinnamon, and cloves. A common feature for us growing up in grandma's kitchen, we've brewed it with Rishi Earl Grey and added a light touch of cinnamon. This will take you back a few years in all the right ways!
